  • Family and Children's Counseling Services

    FCCS provides general counseling and therapeutic supports in addition to other programs and services.

  • Family Health Network

    Counseling by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is available for patients. This is integrated with the regular primary medical care that patients receive. Available at Family Practice Health Center, Moravia Health Center, Marathon Health Center.

Regional Treatment Centers

  • Guthrie Cortland Regional Medical Center

    Youth and adults who are in a mental health crisis will be taken to the Emergency Department. If inpatient support is needed, they will be transferred to another facility able to admit them for treatment.

    Youth and adults who are in a mental health crisis will be taken to the Emergency Department.

    Adult and adolescent inpatient behavioral healthcare is available at this location.

  • Upstate Medical Center (Hutchings Psychiatric Center)

    Hutchings offers extensive inpatient, outpatient, adolescent, child, geriatric, intensive rehabilitation, and other specialized treatment services.

  • Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital

    Youth and adults who are in a mental health crisis will be taken to the Emergency Department.

    Adult and adolescent inpatient behavioral healthcare is available at this location.

    Located in Sayre, PA. Part of the Guthrie Hospital network.

  • Elmcrest Children's Home

    Children’s Crisis Respite Program provides a safe environment for young people who are experiencing a mental health crisis as the family receives short-term relief from the crisis.

  • Helio Health (Meadows Integrated Outpatient Clinic)

    The Crisis Center offers rapid access to services, including medication treatment for mental health and/or substance use symptoms. Individuals may receive services for up to 24 hours.

    The screening identifies children’s social and emotional strengths and concerns, and, if needed, refers families to services in the community.

    Service coordination for children/youth with serious emotional disturbance who are returning home from inpatient settings or residential services, who are at risk of reentering such settings.

    This 1:1 program helps teens learn new skills that promote healthier behaviors and allow them to take responsibility for self-change individually with a prevention specialist.
